Problem with renewing annual subscription on PolBox TV website

Spent five hours today trying to renew my annual subscription to PolBox TV. Used 6 different and current Visa/Mastercard credit cards but the Polbox website either would not connect me with the respective banks or gave me a message that URL code not recognized. The office in Lublin, Poland, was of no assistance. I finally paid through a PolBox agent in the United States where I live using one of the same credit cards that earlier was not accepted by the PolBox online system. That payment went through-surprise! Appears that PolBox TV's option to review could do with a major overhaul.
