Guide only showing in Full Screen - prefer to see both split on screen

Alo, I have tried to fix the screen back to having the guide and small (Minimized tv picture) on the screen at the same time but no luck. It was fine then while watching I went back to view the guide and instead the guide went full screen. I would like some help to see both at the same time.
